View your freight charges online anytime of the day. Your freight charges may now be viewed anytime of the day through the Trace Feature Simply enter the pro number to bring up the shipment details surrounding the pro number. Once the results are displayed, click on the Reference # located at the far left side of the screen. This will bring up extensive details that surround your shipment. The freight charges are located just below the Bill Details. * Online charges are subject to change without notice pending an audit of the freight bill. Online charges are finalized once the status of the bill is: APPRVD, BILLD, EDI BILLED.
The pickup request option allows you to complete pickup request 24 hours a day. This feature allows you to enter details like the pickup date and time, whether a delivery appointment is needed, enter trace numbers, the exact pieces and weight of your freight, and any other additional information that is needed to ensure that your freight is picked up and delivered on time. Once the Pickup Request Information has been submitted, it is directly sent to our dispatch department where they will advise you if we can complete your request. An E-Mail confirmation will be sent to you notifying you whether your request can be completed within the requested parameters.
The imaging feature allows you to view vital documents associated with your shipment. These documents will include the bill of lading, delivery receipt (Proof Of Delivery), and your freight invoice. This information is available through the trace feature and is located below the bill details of each freight bill. Here is a key for the available document types:
View LTL_BOL = The Bill of Lading for the shipment you are tracking. This document is only available to the "Bill To" on the freight bill.
View LTL_SDR = The Signed Delivery Receipt (POD) for the shipment you are tracking. The Shipper or the Consignee may view the Signed Delivery Receipt.
View INV = The Freight Invoice for the shipment you are tracking. This document is only available to the "Bill To" on the freight bill.
Our 24 hour shipment tracking allows you to electronically track your shipment every step of the way. From the time it leaves your dock until the time it reaches your customer's door.
The online rating feature allows you to receive a rate quote. Simply enter origin zip code; destination zip code; service level (select normal service level); commodity (freight class); piece and piece units; weight and weight units (lb) and a rate will automatically be calculated for you including our most current fuel surcharge. Online rates quotes will issue a quote number each time an online quote is generated (will begin with WQ). In order to ensure accurate billing, please reference this quote number on the bill of lading when shipping your product and/or when scheduling a pickup. * Rates are based on the information provided. They are an estimate only and are NOT binding. The freight characteristics of the shipment will take precedence upon acceptance. The estimate is not intended for invoicing purposes and reflects the rates in effect at the time of inquiry and is subject to change without notice.
